Farghadani war eine mutige Stimme, die trotz enormer Gefahren f\u00fcr Freiheit und Gerechtigkeit k\u00e4mpfte \u2013 ein Engagement, das sie mit Misshandlungen und einer langen Haft bezahlen musste. Ihr \u201eVerbrechen\u201c bestand offiziell darin, religi\u00f6se Heiligt\u00fcmer zu \u201ebeleidigen\u201c und \u201ePropaganda gegen den Staat\u201c zu betreiben. W\u00e4hrend die erste Anschuldigung fallengelassen wurde, reduzierte das Berufungsgericht die zweite Anklage auf acht Monate Haft. Ihre Kunst, darunter die provokative Karikatur <em>\u201eClass Inequality\u201c<\/em>, machte sie zu einem Symbol des Widerstands gegen ein Regime, das Meinungsfreiheit systematisch unterdr\u00fcckt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Berichte \u00fcber ihre Haftzeit sind ersch\u00fctternd: Sie wurde geschlagen, verlor das Bewusstsein und litt unter den unmenschlichen Bedingungen des Evin-Gef\u00e4ngnisses. Dennoch blieb sie standhaft. Menschenrechtsorganisationen wie PEN America, Artists at Risk Connection (ARC) und viele deutsche Institutionen spielten eine entscheidende Rolle, um internationale Aufmerksamkeit auf ihren Fall zu lenken. Insbesondere in Deutschland mobilisierten K\u00fcnstler- und Menschenrechtsnetzwerke Solidarit\u00e4tsaktionen, Petitionen und \u00f6ffentliche Veranstaltungen, um Farghadanis Freilassung zu fordern und den Druck auf das iranische Regime zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n<p>Julie Tr\u00e9bault, Direktorin der Artists at Risk Connection, \u00e4u\u00dferte tiefe Erleichterung \u00fcber Farghadanis Freilassung: <em>\u201eIhr Fall erinnert uns daran, welche Risiken K\u00fcnstler im Iran eingehen, wenn sie ihr Recht auf freie Meinungs\u00e4u\u00dferung wahrnehmen. Sie ist ein Mahnmal daf\u00fcr, dass Unterdr\u00fcckung und Gewalt niemals unbemerkt bleiben d\u00fcrfen. Ihre Freilassung zeigt, wie wichtig die unerm\u00fcdliche Arbeit von Menschenrechtsorganisationen ist \u2013 insbesondere die Unterst\u00fctzung aus der deutschen Zivilgesellschaft, die entscheidend
